Richard Molua Nebale is a distinguished agro-environmentalist and rural development specialist with more than three decades of experience advancing sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, community empowerment, and inclusive development in Cameroon. His career brings together strategic leadership, technical depth, and a strong commitment to helping rural communities build resilient livelihoods while protecting the natural resources on which they depend.
He holds a Master of Science in Agriculture and Biological Sciences from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University Centre, Dschang. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to agricultural and rural-development initiatives through professional engagements with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, WWF, Living Earth Foundation, and an Islamic Development Bank-supported agricultural infrastructure and value-chain project.

He is especially recognized for connecting technical solutions with local knowledge, ensuring that development initiatives are practical, locally owned, environmentally responsible, and sustainable beyond project cycles.
