The Centre for Inclusive Community Transformation (CICTRANS) is a nonprofit, non-religious, and apolitical association established under Law No. 90/053 of 19th December 1990 governing associations in Cameroon. CICTRANS brings together seasoned professionals with over 30 years of individual and collective experience in rural development, committed to fostering sustainable livelihoods, environmental stewardship, and inclusive economic growth.

The Centre for Inclusive Community Transformation (CICTRANS) is a non-profit, non-religious, and apolitical association working to strengthen livelihoods and resilience through inclusive, community-led development.
CICTRANS works with rural and peri-urban communities, farmers, producer groups, cooperatives, local councils, traditional authorities, NGOs, private-sector organizations, and development partners.
Our focus areas include sustainable agriculture, livestock development, NTFP value chains, environmental management, rural infrastructure, training and capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, research, and consultancy.
